Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the following terms:

Cancellation by Exhibitors or Visitors

Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus any applicable administrative charges.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after cancellation confirmation.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

In case the event is canceled or postponed by us, all paid amounts will be fully refunded or transferred to the rescheduled date.

Non-Refundable Fees

Service charges, administrative fees, and any booking fees are non-refundable.
